Exhibitors may bring sale birds inside building with current Texas Animal Health Commission Fowl Registration permit and P/T papers. Please bring your own sale cages.

RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. Entry Deadline - March 03, 2012 (LATE FEE OR DAY OF SHOW CHANGES: $1/BIRD)
2. Entry Fee - $3/bird (double-coop, double fee); Jr - $2/bird
3. All birds must be in their cages by 10am, March 10, 2012
4. ABA & APA Standards will be used by judges. All decisions of judges are final.
5. Current P/T or proof of testing MUST accompany entry. CONTACT DICKY RICHARDSON AT TVMDL PRIOR TO SHOW TO HAVE YOUR BIRD/S TESTED. THIS IS A FREE SERVICE. Call him at 512.466.8235 or drichardson@tvmdl.tamu.edu to set up apptointment for him to come to our place for tsting. Please do not bring birds if not tested before arrival to fairgrounds. there will be no testing available at show. TEXAS EXHIBITORS ONLY.
6. Exhibitors will be responsible for feeding and watering their bird/s. Feed and water will be available.
7. Sale cages will not be available. Exhibitors may bring sale birds inside builing with current Texas Animal Health Commission Fowl Registration permit and P/T papers.

Marans Regional Meet (Poultry and Egg Show)
1. To enter the Marans Regional Meet, please use the enclosed Fancy Feathers Chicken Show Entry Blank and all of their deadlines and entry fees will apply. I fyou have any questions, please contact April Howington at 512.755.5056.
2. The Black Coppers and the Wheatens have both been approved by the American Poultry Association. The two standards as well as the proposed standards for the other varieties can be found at the Marans Chicken Club USA web site.
3. A Marans club USA sanctioned Egg Show will also be held using the entry form enclosed. The rules for the egg show can be found at the web site also.
4. Mail egg entries to April Howington, P.O. Box 1432, burnet, Texas 78611 or bing eggs to the show and check them in by 10am.

Cluck-Off Contest
SPECIAL COMPETITION. JOIN THE FUN. SHOW US YOUR BEST IMITATION OF A HEN OR ROOSTER...VOCALIZATION, BEHAVIOURS, ETC....IN A MINUTE OR LESS.
Enter and pay at show: $5 entry fee. Any age may enter. Winner gets Trophy and 1/2 of total entry fees for this part of show.

Home Depot Kids Workshop (Free)
Under the guidance of the Home Depot Kids Kamp Captain, children will make and take a workshop project while learning do-it-yourself skills and tool safety.
